Reports by individual

Registered users can draw a number of different reports when viewing the assessment results of an individual supplier. The following reports are available:

• Focus area scores - a graph indicating the average scores achieved in each of the focus areas of the ICMAS questionnaire.
• Header scores - a graph indicating the average scores achieved in each of the header sections of the ICMAS questionnaire.
• Entire assessment - indicates the answers to all the questions in the ICMAS questionnaire.
• Levels of conformance - indicates the level of compliance with a particular national or retailer standard.
• Questionnaire per standard - indicates the answers to all the questions in a particular, selected standard.
  
• Questions answered no - a list of all the questions answered No during the assessment.
• Questions not answered - a list of all the questions that have not been answered during the assessment.
• Questions answered not applicable - a list of all the questions answered Not applicable (N/A) during the assessment.
• Management plan - a summary of the corrective actions and the people responsible and target dates for correction entered during the ICMAS assessment.
  
• Evaluator's comments - a summary of the comments and notes made by the evaluator during the ICMAS assessment.
• All assessment information - a single document containing all the data entered during the ICMAS assessment.
